Terms of Service
Last updated: August 31, 2026
1. Agreement
Meetuate is a product of CLOUCOPE LLC. By accessing Meetuate’s website, joining the waitlist, or using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Meetuate on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Meetuate provides tools for scheduling meetings, tracking costs, managing agendas and action items, and analyzing meeting effectiveness. Features may change as we improve the product. Waitlist access does not guarantee immediate availability of all features.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or access unauthorized areas of the platform
- Not upload malicious code or infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
- Comply with your organization’s policies and applicable laws
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans follow the plan and billing cycle you select (monthly or annual). Joining the waitlist is free and is not a paid subscription.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Prices, included seats, meeting limits, and storage are shown at checkout and on our Pricing page. Taxes may apply. Free and trial tiers may include usage limits described at signup.
6. Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any paid subscription charge. This 14-day refund window has no exceptions or conditions.
To request a refund, email contactus@meetuate.com with your account email and the charge date and amount. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider.
We also refund billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges after a confirmed cancellation) when you notify us. Where mandatory consumer protection or similar law gives you a longer cooling-off or refund right, we honor that right in addition to the 14-day window above.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains available through the end of the period you already paid for.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (meeting notes, files, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any data you upload.
9. Intellectual property
Meetuate, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code except as needed to use the service.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Meeting cost estimates are illustrative based on rates you configure; we do not guarantee financial or operational outcomes from using Meetuate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you use a free plan.
12. Termination
You may stop using Meetuate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete data per our retention policy and Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
