A meeting is any session you create in Meetuate. Past meetings stay readable forever, but creating a new one once you've hit your monthly limit is blocked until the counter resets or you upgrade.
What happens if I hit a hard cap?
New meetings or seat invites that would push you over the included quota return a friendly "Upgrade to continue" prompt. You'll never see a surprise overage charge.
How are seats counted?
Seats = active org members. Inviting a new teammate adds a seat. Pro includes 5 seats; each extra seat is $7/month.
When does the meeting counter reset?
On Free, the counter resets on the first of each calendar month. On Pro, it resets on your subscription anniversary day — the same day your payment provider renews your plan.
Can I change my seat count anytime?
Yes. Add seats when you upgrade or from Org → Plans. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep everything you've paid for.
Is our data secure?
Yes. All data lives in Zoho Catalyst Datastore and Stratus, with enterprise-grade encryption at rest(PII) and in transit.
