About Meetuate

We're rebuilding meetings
around outcomes, not attendance.

Meetuate is a meeting operating system for focused teams. We believe meetings should ship decisions, respect time, and stay small enough to actually move the work forward.

Turn every meeting into action.

Meetings consume a huge share of every knowledge worker's week, yet most teams have no visibility into what they cost, what they decided, or what changed because of them. Meetuate makes the cost visible, captures the decisions, tracks the follow-through, and quietly nudges teams toward smaller, sharper, agenda-first conversations.

Because we lived the problem.

Time is the scarcest resource
Calendars fill up faster than they empty. We wanted a tool that defends focus time by making the cost of every meeting impossible to ignore.
🧭
Decisions get lost
Most meetings end without a clear decision or owner. Meetuate captures the outcome inside the meeting so nothing falls through the cracks.
🍕
Bigger is rarely better
Beyond a small group, every extra participant slows things down. We bake the two-pizza rule into scheduling so teams stay sharp.
📐
Agendas should be contracts
An agenda is a commitment of time. Meetuate tracks whether teams honour it and shows exactly where time leaks.

Our operating principles.

  • Default to async.
A meeting is the most expensive form of communication. Use it only when nothing else will do.
  • No agenda, no meeting.
Every meeting starts with a written agenda and an owner. Without one, the invite gets declined.
  • Decide before you close.
Every meeting must produce at least one decision or action item before it ends.
  • Measure what you do.
Cost, duration, attendance, follow-through - if it matters, we track it and surface it back to the team.
  • Stay small, stay shippable.
Small meetings move faster. We will always nudge you toward the smallest workable group.

A small team that ships.

Meetuate is built by a tight team of engineers and product folks who've sat through too many status meetings. We work in short cycles, write our own software, and publish what we learn. We're independent, bootstrapped, and accountable to our customers.
